Nedbank has the Worst Customer Service and No Ethi

I had a Nedbank credit card in 2004 which went into arrears and I was handed over.
A few years later, i went and opened a Nedbank savings account, and there was huge debits that went out without my knowledge which I queried. They told me it was for a Credit card that i had in the past and that was the reason. I accepted the reason, as I knew that I owed them that money. That was way back in 2012. Since then my salary continuously went into my savings account, and there was no such debits thereafter, until over a year later Nedbank Legal debits my account for a further R2000, which they never had the decency to contact me and let me know or if I could make plans to settle this account, or contact of any sort. That leaves me with a very bitter taste in my mouth, since I do have commitments, and other debits are going to bounce. At the same time, if I knew that I was still owing money on my credit card, I would have made arrangements to have it paid, not rudely have it debited and when you call their legal department, they are just as rude and arrogant about matters, and refused to give me the Legal Department's manager's name or contact details. Is this Beep Bank?
