I was involved in a car accident on the 24th of April 2013. The accident was not my fault and I put in a third party claim with Alexander Forbes as the person who caused the accident was insured with them. The service thus far has been terrible! No one ever calls back and when I call the office no one answers. I was sent the wrong contract repeatedly. After finally signing the right contract I was promised by the legal department that the money would be in my account that same week. Now a week later I am still waiting and my contract has not even been processed!! Yet the person who caused the accident was paid out over a month ago and I am still waiting!! I have been without a car for 9 weeks already. Horrible! horrible service and I will never insure my car or any other property with Alexander Forbes!
