Debited my account after cancelling

I am so dissapointed with Sanlam Reality On the 19 on June 2013 I cancelled the Sanlam reality and i was called back on the 25 confirm the cancellation and then i was told that i will get the sms confirmition within 24 hours only to find out that they are waiting to debit my account again today. I am so angry and I am cancelling all my policies with Sanlam, when they want you to join they are so friendly and helping but when their services are not satisfactory they dont care they just want to debit.
