I ordered a smart device from FNB. FIRSTLY when I ordered tge package I cancelled on request because the time period qas not tge same as experienced. SEONDLY the device still pitch up at ny work after cancelled. FnB qaa very desperate by delivering this device to me.
Now it is a few months later and mt I pad got. I only find out now that tge premium did not include insurance for tge device. According to my knowledge the customer consultant needs to offer it to you if they phone to get delivery of the device. Now FNB recons me I still need to pay for a device which I dont have anymore. I find this pathetic service and cannot have this kind of loss. I wabt my device replaced.
Please do not support FNB. They advertise this good rated services but if it vomes to real life it is diffrent.
