Numerous calls that is costing time and money. Multiple conversations with Policy services, Claims and Claims handling... Someone is yet to provide me with a solution to the problem really frustrating when all you wish to do is sort out the claim and get things done. Been passed on from one call centre to the next identifying the problem BUT NO SOLUTION??? Frustrating experience when one half of your claim is entertained but the other not. Can we just get to the point already? I think I have made 5 / 6 calls in the last week chatting to 5 different people. Promises of call backs are also non - existent and the consistency in information is just not visible .. it actually sounds like you guys work from different systems in the various departments or it updates differently. PLEASE either call me back or provide me with next steps really disappointing
