We caution you not to be transferred as you will not reach the desired department and will continue to hold for an additional 20-25mins. Should your call be transferred it will return back to the first voice prompt where you will wait a further 30-40mins. Please be well prepared with telephone battery life before attempting to call ABSA INSURANCE as we don't really intend to attend to our clients!!
I have experienced this on many occasions when dealing with ABSA INSURANCE. I very seldom complain but this company is run so badly run that I can't contain my aggravation any longer. After being treated like this for many years I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Sorry for ABSA but I am sure they don't care anyway.
