Every month I withdraw my maintenance in pounds and have it paid to my Nedbank Current Account. Each month Nedbank sit with the money for a good 5 or 6 days without paying it over. In fact I have to phone in to receive it - this after paying them a R75 admin fee already. Can they deduct my telephone charges from their administration fee please since they never call me and hang on to the money for as long as they can before I call in to ask where it is. - Same complaint as last time - except today I had a few calls from them (6 days after they received the money in their account!) and I didn't get the details from the voice message as it was distorted. when i called the call centre or Global payments helpdesk the lady who answered was shouting at me because I couldn't give her any of the details!! Disgusting - i don't know how this department won any award from Nedbank at all. I'm fed up - the only way I can change this is to move all my accounts to another bank. Even after last month's complaint on hellopeter they never responded.
