Hi, Yesterday i used the smart-phone app to purchase electricity, i was deducted -100 but i never received the token. I then attempted to purchase another R100 which was successful. I have looked in the messages in the smart phone app not received the token for the FIRST R100 that had been deducted. In other words i was deducted without receiving the electricity. I would like either the token for that electricity or a refund of the R100 that was deducted.
