I was called by ABSA agent in February 2013 to provide proof of my vehicle insurance for my car or ABSA will provide me with their insurance and i did submit my Dial Direct insurance documents.
In March 2013 R1200 was deducted from my account and when i called to inquire I was told is for ABSA car insurance, I then called absa and spoke to a lady called Valne in absa insurance and she told me my documents where not received. I resubmitted my documents and she told me i will get my refund within seven days.
In April R1200 was deducted again from my account, I called again and was told to resubmit the proof of car insurance again. I did that and was told I will receive my money back but still I have not received it. Last week Thursday the 20th of June I sent a proof on insurance again to absa and no one has responded to my query
I'm very frustrated by this. I need absa to refund and stop deducting car insurance form my account because I'm insured with dial direct.
