I love FNB's services, and I'm proud to be one of their clients.
Earlier this month I had a crisis and looked at my options to obtain funds quickly. I heard the FNB ad on short-term loans and decided that it would work for me.
I also decided to loan just enough to cover my commitments till payday.
So on the 16th I loaned R2000 at the teller, the process was very easy and I was happy to repay the loan within 31 days, as the information printed stipulated.
However on the 18th a debit was made from my account for R624.50 for SHORT TERM LOAN REPAY.
Did I just not read properly, I was really under the impression that I had 31 days to repay this loan.
