I have received an sms notification stating that an amount of R99.99 has been debited in my Nedbank cheque account.
When I enquire about it, Nedbank said it is Kraycam company and are with ABSA. I phoned ABSA and asked about this company, they told me the Kraycam are Stratcor company and are banking with them, I should contact them.
I have seen many complaints on Hello Peter about this Kraycam. Nedbank does not know how they got hold of my account details and got in to their system and debit my account.
This is funny!!! Should I trust my Bank? Who should I trust now?
Well, I went to the branch to stop the debit orders from Kraycam and the R99.99 that was debited in my account has been paid back.
BUT still, why NEDBANK allows such things to happen? I need answers!!!
