This is the second year in a row that Standard Bank wrongly charges me the service fee for my credit card. I am on the elite banking option with a fixed monthly fee and as part of the package, I am meant to receive my credit card free of charge. However, for the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW, I am being charged a service fee for my credit card. Clearly, this mistake should have been rectified last year itself when I brought it to the attention of Standard Bank. Why am I having to go through this trouble again is beyond me? Can someone get in touch with asap?
