Wednesday, 26 June 2013 - Contacted Nedbank Greenbacks to redeem Mango Flight voucher.
R500.00 voucher was afforded on Reference: 63449869 available within 48 hours (voucher number to sent via sms)
Upon follow up today, (initial call cut after 15 minutes spent on the phone), 28 June 2013, I am told that my voucher is only worth R400.00 and will take 3 - 5 days due to a Greenbacks backlog. In the interrim my Mango Flight have increased with a further R150.00
My R500.00 voucher built up over 2 years is thus now worth R250.00 (R500 - R150 - R100) and I am told to accept this.
The efforts spent does not validate this "so-called" reward, and best that Nedbank rather not advertise as such.
I prefer to stick to real rewards obtained for the same value from FNB, with very little effort to remeem.
