After 4 hours in bank another queue

So taking a morning off for banking isn't good enough. Get a new card but then only to be at a pretol station and it won't work. Phone the next morning, they say they working on it and then later that I must go back to the bank and ask for Simon. Take another afternoon off and go to bank only for them to tell me there is no such person and I must wait in a queue again. Apparently my card is faulty, but then why is my savings card (old card) also not working. So their fault but my time.
