ON MONDAY I TRIED LOGGING ON TO INTERNET BANKING. I COULD NOT LOG IN AND PHONED THE CALL CENTRE. THEY COULD AT FIRST NOT GIVE ME A VALID REASON AS TO WHY THEN EVENTUALLY THEY TOLD ME MY INTERNET BANKING PROFILE HAS BEEN DELETED. AS TO WHY IT TOOK THEM HOURS BEFORE I COULD GET AN ANSWER. EVENTUALLY IT TURNED OUT THAT I HAD A DORMANT SAVINGS ACCOUNT WHICH WAS LINKED TO MY INTERNET BANKING PROFILE AND WHEN THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT GOT CLOSED WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION THEY DELETED MY PROFILE AS WELL. I ASKED FOR PROOF OF COMMUNICATION SEND TO ME BUT HAS NOT RECEIVED IT YET!!! I ASKED FOR A NEW PROFILE TO BE LOADED AND ACTIVATED AND ALTOUGH IT WAS THERE ERROR THEY DEMAND THAT I GO TO A BRANCH AT MONTH END TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT!!! NEDBANK BIG TIME!!!
