About 2 years ago a had a policy with clientele which i cancelled because they kept running more than one debit order a month through my account. And nobody could give me answers for this. A month ago a clientele consultant phoned me and ask me if i want a policy i told him i would never in my life again have a policy with clientele. This morning a receive a notification from my bank to say clientele have subtracted money from my account. How can a company just illegally take money from my account and is this going to be like 2 years back where i must just be happy and lose the money?
