Unathorised Debit orders from Stratcol

I keep getting unauthorized debit orders on my account and this is happening every month. Please can someone explain to me who authorized these R99 debit orders from STRATCOL.

I don't even know what Stratcol does until this morning. This is the 2nd month with this debit order happening.

I don't trust ABSA anymore. I am going to close my account.
