I had a billing dispute with regards to my eap limit.
After a 12min long call to the call centre, my call got cold transfered and ithe line dropped.
Nobody called me back and by that time I was extremely frustrated.
However after my second call, I got through to a lovely lady that transfered me to my branch.
I then spoke with San-Freno Cleophas, who was awesome,
She seemed to understand my frustration and she went the extra mile to resolve my query.
Its was a pleasurable customer service experience as she used her initiative to resolve my query as apposed to people who just seem to be reading a script.
San-Freno was helpfull, proffesional and resolved issue puctually.
