Cheating Customers

Game Stores (RCS) is cheating customers. My first suspicion was when I requested my statement seeing that this account was not getting settled. It took three weeks and three follow up email to receive a statement that was not making sense. And I paid the R69.00 balance which show on the statement and after a while receive another call again saying my balance is R169.00 and which I agreed to pay the whole amount to settle the account via EFT but the agent advise me against. Said I must go in store to request my settlement balance so i ask why there is difference between balance on statement and settlement balance I need to receive in store. From that R169.00 in store it went to R215.00 and they could explain what the difference entailed hence decided not to pay it. GAME STORES (RCS) SUSPECT THAT 99% OF THE TIME YOU ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS
