I Travel allot around South Africa and needed to make sure that i have all the right insurance back for any situation.
i was sold a policy from budget insurance that was a full comprehensive insurance with trail cover, that covers me on the outside of the borders of SA.
I was always feeling comfortable if any situation arises that i will have assistance from budget.
26/06/2013 About 16H00 in Secunda aria found that my vehicle keys got and all my belongings was still in the car, i phone roadside for assistance so that they can arrange for a lock smith.
He ask for my id number or policy number and looked up my policy, he replied that i only have a trail sure policy and is not a comprehensive policy so it does not cover for a lock smith.
He informed me that is need to pay for the lock smith so i said its fine please can he help me find one, no problem ill put you threw, the person answered and was from Johannesburg 3 -4 hours from me. does the roadside not know the geographic s of SA and please send him on some training on policy provide by budget. I'm glad i did not get stuck outside SA. The Company name fits the service. BUDGET!!!
