Ive been struggling to get a refund paid to me by 1Life, every time I phoned to make an enquiry about it, everybody that I spoke to kept on telling me it was paid and that I must send my bank statement. Until I spoke to Pogiso on Tuesday, he was very honest to tell me the truth, that it was not done, and gave me his word that he will sort it out. I was very much impressed by his good attitute, he even phoned me back to give feedback, that the refund was authorised, I will get an sms and definitely I will get the money. Finally after just a day I spoke to him, today I got the refund. Thanks again Pogiso, your service is much appreciated. Keep it up.
