I received an sms on the 08/05/13 from Standard bank advising that my credit card is at Lenasia post office and if it has not been collected by the27/06/13 it will be returned back to the bank.

On Thursday the 20/06/13 I phoned the Standard bank card division to get the CCI and tracing number to go collect my credit card, A consultant by the name of Thando who was very helpful assisted me with my request however she omitted one very important detail which was to let me know that my card has been already returned by the post office.

I am quite sure that when the card was returned my profile was updated. I took a day off on Saturday 22/06/13 to go fetch my card and after standing on the que and filling out forms i was told that the card has been returned and I should call the card division or go to the nearest branch. I am not a very happy client at the moment I do not feel valued as a client. I will never get the time and money which i wasted to and from the post office without getting what i went to collect.

What is frastrating is that i will be told that the card will be at the post office again which means I should make other arrangements to collect it.
