Good Day, My wife called Outsurance to get a better quote, Outsurance's quote was substantially higher than her current premium. She then notified the consultant Belinda that as advertised, Outsurance could not beat her current premium and therefore she needs to get R400. Belinda insisted that she does not qualify, when my wife asked to be transferred to someone higher or from head office, Belinda's response was, "This is Head Office, how can I help u? "
This is pathetic service - how can someone work for a company and totally deny what the company advertises nationally - what is the reason for this?
Please respond - in today's day and age, this is outrageous - is Belinda acting on her own or has she been instructed to not honour the advertised deal?
