I went to Tax Relax for a consultation, and they convinced me to sign a contract, that would not be activated unless I pay a deposit of some kind (this was a blatant lie). As soon as I gave them my details they started deducting money from my account. I told them i dont want to use their services, but they refused to stop debiting money off my account. (DO NOT give these people your details). I logged a complaint at the consumer complaints commision, but they still deduct money of my account. This has been going on for 3 years. when you ask them to stop debiting your account, they ignore you. When you block their debit order, then they wait a few months and start debiting your account with a different amount under a different name.
