I have an agreement with Nedbank to deduct my debit order on the 25th of each month but of course Nedbank will deduct the money whenever they please. I even get deductions on the 21st. I have phoned Nedbank to rectify this error and i was assured that my debit order will go through on the 25th.
I have to pay a penalty at my bank for insufficient funds to due to this and I refuse to. Should Nedbank not fix this mess by end of business 26/06/2013, I will take the matter to the ombudsman and the NCR. I am highly annoyed by Nedbank.
