I applied for a home loan on Wednesday, 20th June which was rejected, I then asked for my application to be arbitrated, I was advised to follow up on the arbitration on the Friday, on calling I was told the arbitration hasn't been done. I went back to the branch and the lady who did was not at work and has all my paperwork. Zoey then promised that she would have her call me on Monday morning and have the arbitration done, to date am still waiting!!!
