Good day
I am really not happy with the service that I have received from you guys.
I called on Thursday and spoke to one of your agents about taking out a credit card, I gave him all the details he needed and he advised that I qualify for R4000 (credit card) and I should go to one of your branches so all can be confirmed and processed.
I went to your Alberton branch Maria assisted me she gave me the card all was well. Until I went to Mr Price to purchase and the card declined 3 times. I called the call centre and Solomon kept me on hold for 4 min telling me how his system had shutdown. He assured me that this was just a matter of the manager approving in seconds and I will be able to use my card. I called the branch and I was told that they need to confirm employment first, was I not supposed to be told this before I turned into a fool. I called on Monday and spoke to Nomvula the branch manager who assured me that she will look into this. Maria called me back and told me that my bank type was captured as Cheque and it's a savings account I mean for heaven's sake it's a Capitac account. She assured me that this will be sorted out, this is still not sorted.
