My car was in 2011 and the insurance did not pay out the whole amount and penilized me with some amount and afterwards a agreement was made for payment and for some reason they have listed me so now I can't get any finance on my name. I have phoned numerous times for assistance but with no luck. As I have been keeping every payment up to date but now all is going wrong.
