I have had NUMEROUS of problems with Old Mutual. I have taken out a My Money Plan with them last year and they asked me for my salary date so I said it is the 25th and agreed for the debit order to run on the 25th, all went well for about three months then they started sending sms's a day or two before the 25th stating that my debit order has not been honoured by my bank!!! then my salary got paid in late so I requested them to please change my debit order date to the 01st of every month and they just refuse to do that as I get paid on the 25th... I have always paid my account and I am not in arrears so why refuse to change my debit order date, now every single month I have got a unsuccessful debit order on my bank account due to this, which I am trying to prevent in happening by changing my debit order date. PLEASE I need assistance in this matter as it is really affecting my credit rating now. I complain ever single month to old mutual and no one seems to help me... PLEASE HELP!
