Earlier this year I got a call from someone regarding FNB's Cancer through AIG. I told him I already have a cancer cover thorough another firm but he insisted that this was different and I could a) still have this one and b) claim from both. I agreed and he promised that I would receive my documents within 30 days. It has been probably around 90 days and I have not received anything but am getting billed R90 with the ref CHARTISLIFXXXXX. I want to know firstly can I have two cancer covers and secondly where are my documents?
