Bad customer service and Billing Account

On the 19th June I sent an email to Nedbank complaining about the illings done on my account.
My arrangement with them was that they will debit my account on the 6th of every month. To my surprise this month only they debit my account 4 times.
31st May 2013 - debit order went through
07 June 2013 - debit order bounced
18 June 2013 - debit order bounced
22 June 2013 - debit order went through
I then sent an email on the 24th June 2013 to the same person who responded to my 1st email - Shereen Hartell and she had the nerve to ask me why was there no money in my account when they debited on the 7th June. What a nerve, i sent her all the dates when my account was debited and is that the kind of response to give a customer?
I am very disappointed in the service i have received considering that I have been a customer for Nedbank for years and this is the kind of behaviour and attitude their staff provides.

I need an explanation as to why my account was debited 4 times in one month. If a debit order went through on the 31st May that means it was meant for 6th June although it wasnt an authorised debit order neither was the others except for the 6th. DISAPPOINTED!!! DISPPOINTED!!!
