I've called your call center as was told that you cannot give me the details of Old Mutual brokers/financial advisors. I have investments with you, as well as with Sanlam and Momentum. I need a financial advisor who can advise me accordingly on a holistic level looking at my other investments as well. My current advisor has not made the changes I had asked for, for the past 2 years. Time is money. Your are wasting my time as well as my money. I walked into your walk-in-centre at Centurion Mall, and they told me they cannot assist me because they are closed, yet the doors were wide open and I had to wait 5 minutes for the receptionist to get off her personal call only to be told that your are closed. Sick. And. Tired! For the last time - please EMAIL me a list of financial advisors/brokers who will be able to assist me at my convenience. Failing to assist me will be the last straw and I will move all my business with you to another financial institution.
