This is a follow up of my complaint dated 6 june 2013 about an application for a credit card increase. FNB has proved beyond reasonable doubt they failed to process my application. I received an email from my Premier Banker saying the the application will be finalized soon but i still get phone calls saying the credit card division did not receive all the required documents what sort of nonsense is this maybe the FNB CEO has got a response to this. The bank has proved to me that it has the waste credit card divison in the history of banking.
