Homeloan suspension query

My name is Mkhululi Moyo. I requested Standard bank for a suspension of my home loan for a few months because I am going through financial difficulties. They sent me the documents to complete and send back which I did already on 16/04/2013 and I have not received any feedback except the acknowledgement of receipt of my request. This is despite their promised turn around time of 15 working days. As of today its around 59 working days still no response. Each time I call their call centre number they keep promising that they will get back to me and nothing happens. When I ask why they tell me they do not know and they will lodge a query with the relevant department. They cannot even give me the reference for the calls. The last time I called was on June 13 and I am still waiting for the response. they do not even respond to a number of emails I have sent them.
