Good day

For the past week or 2 I have been receiving phone calls with voice messages that prompt me that my loan account is overdue. I have never in my life had in account or loan with Standard Bank. I can understand that clients about their contact details, but when I phoned the number as supplied in the voice message, the person at the loan call centre told me he cannot verify my number against any account and therefore cannot remove my number. I just have to take the calls everyday as it cannot be rectified. This is unacceptable. They never phone from the same number in order for me to block it and sometimes it is from a private number. Please sort this out asap as this is a big inconvenience.
