Poor Treatment of Customers

I have been banking with Absa since I opened my first bank account and I am a Platinum member of Absa. During the last few years Absa gave me very poor interest rates in comparrison to other banking institutions with regards to vehicle finance. I would like to know why other banks that I have nothing to do with are prepared to give me much better interest rates than Absa is prepared to give to their existing clients which has an excellent track record to say the least. I logged a complaint on Friday 14 June about ABSA giving extremely poor interest rates etc. at the action hotline. Nothing has since come of this. I logged a complaint for the second time and nothing came of this as well. I think it is time to leave Absa once and for all and seek FNB as my new bank. I hope someone reads this message and strongly consider carefully before moving or opening an account with Absa. I earn more than R1 million a year and this is the treatment you get from them. Pathetic!!! 1
