I've been with Clientel Life for years now and i'm actually sick and tired of them debiting my account days erlier than the given date supplied to them
Why ask for a debit date if the're randomly run through my account without notification none what so ever BEFORE THEY DO SO!
Explaining the NAEDO Billing system to me means nothing i gave you a debit date and i expect you to stick to it every other insurance company doest it why not you!! Every cent in my account is accounted for meaning i don't just have money lying around for no reason!!
If there is no solution for this i will defenatly cancell my policies with them because why should i stand for such when i can have the same policy cover with a different company that will stick to the given debit date!!
Hiding behind the NAEDO Billing system is not going to get you anywhere it's not working for your customers change it!
Hope this won't fall on deaf ears as you guys will defenatly loose customers if you keep doing what you're doing.
