Debit order date changed

I refer to call reference 8667948. Please listen to this and tell me who the Nedbank thinks they are. I have an arrangement with Nedbank for 33 months already that on the 28th of each month they can debit an amount from my account. This month Nedbank took monies on the 21st. According to the Call centre agent (which might i add needs proper training). They were instructed to tell the client that they moved it to the 21 to secure payment. Now how dumb are you not taking monies to secure payment from a account that has no monies to take, as i made provision with my signed agreement with Nedbank only to take money once I get paid. also tell me i am in process of buying a home, will Nedbank give me the monies seeing that this now reflects bad on my bank statement. I will keep Nedbank liable as this was done without my prior consent. Also why would i sign a contract with you guys if it is not even worth the paper it is printed on??? awaiting you prompt response.
