Internet Banking - Password

I want to obtain internet banking with Nedbank. I want to use a password that I use in around twenty other internet sites including other banks, the password complies with Nedbank's requirements, but the bank's system will not accept it. The branch staff tried to help, realized that the fault is with Nedbank but refuse do even attempt to correct their error. "We can't change that, " said the lady. "The system is as it is. It's up to you. You will either have to come in here every time and stand in the queue or get a different password."
So instead of Nedbank trying to improve and correct its own mistakes, the customer must spin round, be very flexible and cope with Nedbank's inadequacies!!! Typically arrogant and unhelpful.
