LOOK AFTER YOUR OLD CLIENTS???

I am disappointed with the fact that I have been a client for I am sure 20 years and for almost 8 years now I have been trying to change my physical and postal address with Absa. Yes its just a transmission/savings account I have had with you but have u ever gone the extra mile to upgrade my account. Have you offered me good intrest rates on car finance which I rather applied through at a different Institution!!! The new look at Clearwater Mall doesn't impress me at all as you still wait long and is so impersonal its ugly. You don't accept a copy of my lease agreement as proof of residential address, the only post I receive is from Vodacom which is also spelt incorrectly and you refuse to put the correct address on your system. If Absa is then so far advanced with technology then they should take into account that other companies are also and in fact send all statements etc via e-mail to me. So you tell me how do I now change my address after you put a note on the system to notify me now on Internet banking. I am shopping around and I don't want to be your client anymore because you don't look after your existing long terms clients like myself!!!
