POOR SERVICE FROM SANTAM INSURANCE

My house was burgled on the 18th May 2013, I contacted the South African Police Service and reported the matter with them. We received a case number and proceeded to contact Santam to register the claim.
An assessor was appointed from Censeo Assessment by the name of Werner Swart, To date I have provided Santam and the assessors with all the information requested including invoices for goods as well as a damage report. More than a month later I am still awaiting for the claim to be settled or even some sort of feedback from either Santam or the Assessors. I have constantly been calling and been passed around from pillar to post, No seems to take responsibility in handling my claim. I am extremely dissapointed in the service I have received from Santam, The last straw was that I was told to contact Peter or Maritza on 0114892775 but have been advised that the entire department was out on a teambuilder and noone was able to take my call.

I have to say that this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!!!

Santam are happy to take your premiums but falls terribly short in the service department.
