Please help. I've been to Absa 4 times already to sort out my internet banking. They keep on telling me I should reset my pin but when I try it tells me I've put in the wrong access account number. And when I phone them they tell me I should go into the branch. When I go to the branch they tell me I should sort it out via the online banking website. My internet banking account is blocked yet again so I need to go in again to get it unblocked. Please help me and tell me how I should go ahead with this.
