We applied for a home loan on 29 may 2013 at the newton park branch in port elizabeth, the documentation was sent through by the consultant and we were told it should pay out 5 to 7 days later. We went to follow up the next week as nothing was paid out and were told they never received any documentation. The documents were then re-sent and we were told again 5 to 7 days. Again we went to follow up and they needed more documentation and it was sent through. We have been phoning every day to follow up on the process and every time there is a new excuse. We were told the isue woyld be resolved by today however up till now 13:00 we have heard nothing. It is the 21st of June, almost a month since we applied and still nothing has been received by us!!!
