ABSA refuses to send paper based statements

I want to receive paper based statements. I sent and email, plus took two afternoons off at the beginning of May 2013 and again at the beginning of June 2013 to go to ABSA, Waverley, Pretoria branch to request them to stop sending statements via email and to send statements to my postal address (PO BOX). I still receive email statements and no posted paper statements. The last one I received yesterday. I even went so far as to get the bank manager to explain to counter staff what I want, but ABSA still persists in ignoring my requests for paper statements for current and credit card accounts and keep on sending email statements. ABSA PLEASE SEND PAPER STATEMENTS TO MY PO BOX! I gave my mobile number - ABSA, prevent your staff from sending rubbish and spam to this number, which happens every time you get hold of it. I DO NOT WANT UNSOLICITED SMSs or calls about anything, especially not advertisements. TAKE NOTE! I also never answer the cell, please phone me at work. You have my work number.
