I am not an FNB customer but I actually don't know who or where to report this but just feel that this person is endangering his/her own life and that of others!!

I was on my way home on 20th June 2013 at about 4.15pm, just outside Port Alfred in the Eastern Cape, when someone driving an FNB car - had FNB Easy Plan printed boldly on car and window - Registration ZLY 477 GP came flying past me in a lane that was marked for right turn only! He/She overtook on a solid white line on two occasions, narrowly missing oncoming traffic and proceeded to drive at about 140km upward in a 100km zone. The way I see it is that when driving any vehicle - but ESPECIALLY A COMPANY VEHICLE - the laws of the road should apply - It seems that this person hasn' t got a clue of the laws or has no intention of sticking to them, no matter the danger to others.
