Stand Bank Prestige Account not what it promises!

I opened an Prestige Titanium Account with Standard Bank, Randburg Branch.
First of all, they send the incorrect Credit Card to the branch.
Secondly, my profile on the Internet had to be fix twice after the accounts were not linked.
Thirdly, they (Standard Bank) promised to switch all my debit order automatically from my old Bank to Standard Bank - I decided to start phoning my debtors - and to my horror found out that NONE was contacted by standard Bank to provide them with my new banking details!!
Fourthly, I was promised twice that a financial consultant will be in touch with me to assist with my financial matters. NOBODY contacted me as yet!!

Standard Bank advertise "Feel like a VIP when opening a Prestige account" - Believe me, it is THE OPPOSITE!!!
