To whom it may concern,
On the 22nd of May 2013 I informed Enbridge that my motorcycle had been sold. Ina informed me that I would be reimbursed the pro rata amount for the month of May and that should the full amount (R720) be deducted for the month of June this would be forwarded to the accounts department to be rectified. The full amount was deducted at the beginning of June. I phoned on the 3rd to enquire on this matter. I phoned again on the 4th (twice), 13th, 18th and the 19th (three times). During this whole period no one phoned me back once. At 4pm on the 19th I received a SMS stating that the refund amount would only reflect in my account on the 20th. The amount did not reflect in my account and I decided to wait until today. When I checked my account this morning only the pro rata amount for May had been paid into my account. Do I have to wait another three weeks for the June amount? I am so frustrated and tired of dealing with this issue. I had no problems when I dealt with them through McCrystal.
