I MOVED OVER TO DISCOVERY INSURE IN DECEMBER OF LAST YEAR.I HAVE UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO MAKE 2 CLAIMS SINCE BEING WITH THEM.BOTH CASES HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE.THE FIRST WAS A HOUSE BREAK IN CLAIM. IT TOOK A FULL MONTH TO RECEIVE THE FUNDS FROM MY CLAIM, AND THIS WAS PURELY BECAUSE MY BROKER (NFB) HOUNDED THEM.I HAD A MV ACCIDENT ON 31 MAY.THE TOW COMPANY THAT WAS SENT TO TOW MY VEHICLE DID NOT USE A FLAT BED, CAUSING MORE DAMAGE TO MY CAR. I WAS NOT TOLD WHERE MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED. MY BROKER HAD TO FIND OUT.IT TOOK A WEEK FOR AN ASSESOR TO GO OUT.I HAVE RECEIVED NO CORRESPONDENCE ABOUT THE PROGRESS ON MY CLAIM OR ANY INFO FROM THEM.MY BROKER HAD TO PRY OUT OF THEM, WHERE MY VEHICLE HAD EVEN BEEN SENT FOR REPAIRS.AFTER QUERYING THE PROGRESS ON REPAIRS YESTERDAY, MY BROKER WAS INFORMED THAT NO WORK HAS EVEN STARTED ON MY VEHICLE AS THEY WERE WAITING ON A SKETCH OF THE ACCIDENT FROM ME.AN EMAIL WAS APPARENTLY SENT TO ME ON THE 10TH.I HAVE SEARCHED MY EMAIL AND CANNOT FIND THIS SUPPOSED EMAIL. REGARDLESS, NO FOLLOW UP WAS DONE ON THEIR SIDE AS TO WHY I HAD NOT RESPONDED. MY CLAIM WAS JUST LEFT AND MY VEHICLE JUST LEFT AT THE BODY SHOP. HAD MY BROKER NOT QUERIED, NOTHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED
