Financial Well-being left in incompetent hands

I submitted a complaint to their client care on 31/05/2013 and up until today I got NO feedback so I brought it to hello peter. The branch of Mall@Reds is the most incompetent and useless employees if it wasn't for Nandipha Wapi in centralised collections I was going to be blacklisted wrongfully today. I cannot wait to pay this BANK their monies back And tell the world what a bank Capitec is. I arranged with the bank to pay them R1000 for may month. Instead of R1560.When I went to the bank to reverse the R5000 that was debited of my account there ware lots of stories I was sent away day after day to reverse MY monies as arranged with store "manager" Cleeve. I was told to call the call centre and I spoke to Vinolia she threatened me that if i don't make over R2000 payment now she will HAND ME OVER!!! She has the power to do that. i am disgusted in Capitec Bank because up until today no Person came back to me with feedback on the complaint I sent to their Client care on the 31/05/2013 emailed. Yet another disappointment from Capitec...
