REFUSAL TO REFUND MONEY PAID IN EXCESS OF WHAT

On or about 27 September 2012, Standard Bank repossessed the motor vehicle.
On or about 28 September 2012, I contacted Standard Bank and they indicated to me that had to pay the outstanding balance of R111 795.56 before the motor vehicle could be released. I spoke to you on Monday (08 October 2012) who indicated to me that I am required to pay at least R130 000.00 to cover the legal costs, sheriff's costs, towing costs and storage. I made payment of R130 000.00 in three payments of R90 000.00, on 16 October 2012, R26 000.00 on 22 October 2012 and of the last R14 000.00 on 22 October 2012. On 07 December 2012 I requested Linda Van Cittert to furnish me with a breakdown of how the sum of R130 000.00. I did not receive the reply from Linda Van Cittert and the refund in the sum of R18 204.44 from Standard Bank.
